Let’s get to know each other.

I’m Payton. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I’ve worked at Primrose for nearly seven years, spending time in the Explorers, Preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten classrooms before joining the leadership team in 2022. I graduated from Sinclair with a degree in Communications. My husband and I had our first baby boy in September 2025, and we love having him as a part of the Primrose family!

One of my favorite things about working with children is seeing the joy on their faces when they reach a new milestone—it’s such a rewarding experience. My favorite children’s book is I Love You Forever, and my favorite holiday is the 4th of July. While we don’t currently have any pets, our home is full of plants that I love caring for. In my personal time, I enjoy tending to my houseplants, shopping, and trying out new recipes.

I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

I’m Heidi. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I’m proud to have grown up right here in Centerville, Ohio. I earned my degree in General Studies from Morehead State University in Kentucky, with a focus on Education—and I’ve been passionate about early childhood learning ever since. This year marks my 12th year at Primrose, and I couldn’t be more excited to continue growing with our amazing community.

My husband, Matt, and I love spending time outdoors with our two adventurous boys, Huxley (7) and Kipton (4). Whether we’re hiking, cheering on our favorite sports teams (Penn State and Ohio State), or visiting local restaurants, we’re always up for a family adventure. Our sweet Burnadoodle pup, Burrow, is always along for the fun!

I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Franchise Owners

Joe and Kristen Faragalli

Hi, we’re Joe and Kristen Faragalli, proud parents of Hudson, Giuliana and Michael and owners of Primrose School of Centerville and Primrose School on Yankee. We were searching for a new venture that we could tackle together and were “sold” when we learned how closely Primrose’s values align with our family values. We are so excited to be partnering with Primrose to further integrate these values into the lives of the children we are caring for and educating during their early years. As parents, we understand the importance of knowing your children are in a safe, secure, and enriching environment that promotes learning through purposeful plan and nurturing guidance.

We have always known Primrose to be the premier childcare, preschool, and kindergarten experience in our area. We feel fortunate to have the opportunity to share Primrose’s unprecedented standards, values, and unique Balanced Learning Approach® with our local community.

Kristen is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has worked with young children and adolescents since 2007. She graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2007 and completed her Master’s Degree in Psychology from Capella University in 2017. Kristen has overseen programming and worked directly with children in a variety of different settings, including, private and public schools, in-home, center-based, and community-based programs. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Dayton through their graduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Joe currently owns and runs Centerville Winsupply, a wholesale distributor of plumbing and hvac products. He graduated from Ohio Northern University with a degree in Management and Finance, then earned a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Catholic University in 2011. Professionally, he enjoys building relationships, business finances and coaching. Personally, he loves spending time with his family, golfing, and getting to know new people

Our family would love to meet yours.

*Study was conducted on a representative sample of Primrose Pre-Kindergarten students across twelve Primrose schools in nine states in the Spring of 2024. The Bracken School Readiness Assessment 4th Edition assesses children’s school readiness in terms of their understanding of concepts that are strongly related to early childhood cognitive and language development as well as early academic achievement.
