Primrose collects “Personal Information” regarding visitors to our Services in a variety of ways. Generally, we collect Personal Information directly from you, through technologies in use on our Services, and in some cases from other parties such as vendors that help us to operate our business.

For example, to register for the Primrose Newsletter, you must provide your email address. When you submit a request for more information about Primrose Schools, we may collect Personal Information such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, and address, as well as your child’s first name and date of birth. If you post a testimonial or other user-generated content, we may collect photos or videos you choose to share. And when you sign up for a sweepstakes, contest, or other promotion, we collect Personal Information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address.

Affiliates and Franchisees. We may disclose the information we collect about you to our franchisees, affiliates, or subsidiaries.

For example, we may disclose your email address to a third-party vendor or service provider for the purpose of sending you updates about the local Primrose School in which your child is enrolled.

Please include with your unsubscribe request your first and last name and the email address you wish to unsubscribe from such communications.

Online Chat Features

Our Services may include online chat features to assist with answering questions and providing you with relevant information. When you participate in an interactive chat, either with a virtual or live agent, the contents of the chat may be captured and kept as a transcript. By using an online chat feature, you understand that our vendors may process the information obtained through the chat feature in order to provide services on our behalf.

Location and Storage of Information

Primrose controls and operates the Services from the United States, and the Services are intended for a U.S. audience. Children Under 16

Please note that certain features of our Services allow for the posting of testimonials, photos, and videos.
