How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose the Personal Information that we collect about you as follows:
Affiliates and Franchisees. We may disclose the information we collect about you to our franchisees, affiliates, or subsidiaries.
Service Providers. We may disclose the Personal Information we collect about you to vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform functions on our behalf. For example, we may disclose your email address to a third-party vendor or service provider for the purpose of sending you updates about the local Primrose School in which your child is enrolled.
Business Transfers. If we are acquired by or merged with another company, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the Personal Information we collected about you to the other company.

Our Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and other tracking technologies (such as web beacons) to collect and store information about your interactions with our websites, including information about your browsing behavior. Our websites also support third-party cookies placed by our service providers and third parties, such as advertising partners. This means that our service providers and advertising partners can collect and use information regarding your interactions with our websites as further detailed below.

As explained above, Primrose may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you about recommendations or other information we think may interest you. If, at any time, you would prefer not to receive such email communications from Primrose, you will have the ability to unsubscribe by means of a link provided in such emails from Primrose or by contacting us at marketing@primroseschools.com. Please include with your unsubscribe request your first and last name and the email address you wish to unsubscribe from such communications.
Online Chat Features
Our Services may include online chat features to assist with answering questions and providing you with relevant information. When you participate in an interactive chat, either with a virtual or live agent, the contents of the chat may be captured and kept as a transcript. By using an online chat feature, you understand that our vendors may process the information obtained through the chat feature in order to provide services on our behalf.
Location and Storage of Information
Primrose controls and operates the Services from the United States, and the Services are intended for a U.S. audience. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your Personal Information will be processed in the United States or in other jurisdictions, which may have data protection laws and regulations that are different from the laws in your country of residence, and consent to the transfer of your Personal Information within and to the United States and other jurisdictions.
Children Under 16
Our electronic Services are not designed or intended for use by children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our systems. Please note that certain features of our Services allow for the posting of testimonials, photos, and videos. If you are posting any materials to our Site, you may not post any materials showing or depicting a child unless you are either the parent and/or legal guardian of that child and authorized to post such material.
