Through purposeful play, meaningful questions and direct instruction, our Preschool teachers encourage your child to think in new and different ways. Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Youngblood
My name is Ms. Youngblood, and I am the Lead Teacher in the Preschool 1 classroom. I am finishing my degree at Texas Woman’s University. I am getting my bachelors of science in education with a minor in child psychology. I come to Primrose with over nine years of experience in childcare. I believe I am a great teacher because of my excitement for learning and trying new things – even if they are scary. I’ve always said that teaching is about watching your students grow beyond what your eyes can see. I love being a teacher and seeing how my students have grown and changed.

Ms. Lopez
I’m Ms. Lopez, and I am the Assistant Teacher in the Preschool 1 classroom. I believe I am a great teacher because of my kindness, patience, love for children, and time management skills. If I could teach my students one thing, it would be to show love and kindness towards everyone, no matter what. I love being a teacher because of how much I learn from my students everyday.

Ms. Mukhtar
My name Ms. Mukhtar, and I am the Lead Teacher in Preschool 2 classroom. I come to Primrose with over one year of childcare experience. I love being a teacher because I enjoy being apart of my student’s future, and I want to make a difference in their lives. If I could teach my students one thing it would be to always have confidence in themselves. I believe I am a good teacher because I am creative, patient, and confident.

Ms. Grabeel
I’m Ms. Grabeel, and I am the Assistant Teacher in the Preschool 2 classroom. I believe I am a great teacher because of my patience. If I could teach my students one thing, it would be that they are loved. I love being a teacher and seeing my students smile.

Ms. Nino
My name is Ms. Nino, and I am the Assistant Teacher in the Pre-K classroom. I am currently studying psychology at Dallas College, in pursuit of becoming a counselor. I believe I am a great teacher because I am very caring and thoughtful. If I could teach my students one thing, it would be to treat everyone with kindness and respect. I love being a teacher because I feel it is important to share and show the younger generations all the knowledge they need to succeed.
