Our Infant Classroom

We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Health & Safety

Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

  • Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
  • Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
  • Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
  • Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
  • Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
  • Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
  • Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Hi, I’m Emily! I have been working in childcare for the last 10 years. I have worked as a nanny, toddler teacher, infant teacher, floater, and assistant director of a small private preschool. I am so excited to be a part of Primrose and build relationships with our students and their families, and watch the children learn and grow.

In my free time I enjoy reading, baking, hiking, and spending time with my family, friends, and pets.

Hi there! I’m Ms. Alondra, and I can’t wait to bring joy and learning to your little ones!

I’ve been working with children for over 6 years now. During this time, I’ve enjoyed being a nanny, infant teacher, toddler teacher, and assistant director at a local preschool. I absolutely love nurturing creativity, curiosity, and kindness in children, making every day feel special and fun!

I’m so excited to join Primrose and connect with your little ones, helping them grow and thrive.

Outside of work, I love to paint, hike, travel, and just explore. I also have a playful Jack Russell named Rosie who keeps me on my toes and makes every adventure extra fun!

I’m looking forward to getting to know your family and creating wonderful memories together!

Hello my name is Danielle . Im 34 years old. Single mom to an almost 7 year old little girl.
I have 3.5 years of experience working in a childcare facility where I’ve been a lead teacher and team lead. I have worked with children from infants to Pre-K with most of my experience being an infant teacher, in addition to that I have been baby sitting since I was about 13.
I have always had a passion for working with children since I was in high school . Taking child development, early childhood education and working in the daycare that was at my high school. I love to watch kids learn and grow as well as building foundational relationships with each family.
I was born and raised in Oregon, but have been living in Washington County for the last 7 years.
In my free time I like to read, bake, enjoy most anything outdoors; especially camping and paddle boarding.
A typical weekend for me is spending time with my daughter whether that be just relaxing at home or finding fun things to do with family, and going to church on Sundays.
My favorite childhood book is: Love you forever by Robert Munsch
Favorite holiday: Christmas, love doing the typical family traditions with my little one.
I look forward to getting to know and build relationships with each child and their families.

Our family would love to meet yours.
