We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Janice
Hi! My name is Janice.
She has over eight years of experience teaching young children and is passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging learning environment. She has completed nearly four years of college coursework at two universities in Puerto Rico and is deeply committed to providing high-quality care for every child in her classroom.
She believes children learn best through play and enjoys incorporating singing, dancing, and creative activities such as arts and crafts into her daily teaching. One of her greatest joys is supporting children as they grow, develop, and reach important milestones.
Outside of the classroom, she enjoys journaling, listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and attending church. She looks forward to building strong partnerships with families and supporting each child’s learning journey.

Mrs. Fozia
Hello!
Fozia is a dedicated early childhood educator who is passionate about working with young children and supporting their growth and development. Originally from Pakistan, she is a proud wife and mother of three, which gives her a strong appreciation for the importance of family and nurturing care.
Fozia finds great joy in working with children and creating a warm, supportive classroom environment. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family.
She is excited to be part of the Primrose School of Richardson team and looks forward to partnering with families to support each child’s learning journey.

Ms. Zamaya
Hi, my name is Zamaya!
She is excited to begin her journey in early childhood education and has a strong passion for working with children. This fall, she will begin college to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education with the goal of becoming a full-time teacher.
She believes Primrose School of Richardson is the perfect place to learn, grow, and support young children as they explore the world around them. She is committed to creating a nurturing environment where children feel encouraged, supported, and excited to learn.
In her free time, she enjoys reading and coloring as creative ways to relax. She is thrilled to be part of the Primrose School of Richardson family and looks forward to partnering with families to support each child’s growth and development.

Ms. Humera
Hi, my name is Humera!
Ms. Humera is a teacher at Primrose School of Richardson with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. She is passionate about early childhood education and loves creating a nurturing, engaging classroom where every child feels valued and excited to learn through creativity and play.
Outside of school, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and exploring nature. She looks forward to meeting your family!
