Health & Safety

Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

I’m Jasmin. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

You see, at Primrose Schools we’re more than a team of professional teachers and child care education specialists. We’re also a family, and we care for every child as though he or she was our own. Project Time

How do we use rocks? 🗿 Today our Pre-K class went on a scavenger hunt to search for rocks outside! Students used their “We Use Rocks” recording sheet to document what they discovered and how rocks can be used in our world. This hands-on activity encouraged observation, exploration, and critical thinking as they connected nature to their learning. 🌿🔍

Small Group Math

Today we played a money problem story game. The children discovered that 30 pennies were very heavy to carry in our pockets, so we solved the problem by exchanging them. We traded our 30 pennies for 6 nickels, learning that different coins can have the same value. The children enjoyed counting the coins and seeing how trading pennies for nickels made the money easier to carry! 💰🪙

Small Group Literacy

Today during Small Group Literacy our PreK class looked at a fall animals' poem. After we illustrated and wrote what the poem made us feel and think.

2025 Voting

Today our Venture friends had some voting fun! 🗳️ They voted for their favorite Primrose Friend and snack for the afternoon. The winners were Mia the Mouse and animal crackers! 🐭 Our friends loved getting to make their own choices and see the real-life results of their votes — such a fun way to learn!
