Your child will have fun every day as they play and learn important academic skills, social skills and more, because when they are mentally, physically and emotionally ready to learn a skill, they develop mastery.

Mrs. Stephanie Johnson
Hi My name is Stephanie Johnson and I am proud to serve the Preschool families at Primrose School of Crystal Falls.Coming from a family full of educators both immediate and extended, teaching has been in my blood since before I was born. So, it naturally made sense that I fell in love with working with children as I got older and had been exposed to it for the better part of my childhood. Once through highschool, I began working in the Early Childhood field, actually teaching at the
Preschool I attended as a child, for the next 6 years, where I would eventually complete my CDA. Following my CDA, I was able to obtain my bachelors degree and teaching certificate in EC-6th, with an ESL certification as well. 21 years total in this field now, I can definitely say I do what I love!! Outside of the classroom in recent years, I have also had the privilege of being a head teacher
as well as an assistant director for other schools in the area and when I wasn’t teaching in the classroom, I loved mentoring fellow educators and connecting with the families that I served in a different role. Inside of the classroom curriculum pumps me up and gets my heartbeat going and what attracted me most to Primrose was the AMAZING hands on, inquiry based, child led opportunities for learning. I believe that at the preschool level, play should always be at the forefront of any great program, and I absolutely love that Primrose embodies the same beliefs I
have. When I am not teaching in the classroom, you can find me splashing in a pool, four wheeling, or skiing down the mountains in Colorado with my husband and our daughter. I also love to shop, relax, and read!

Mr. Corey Thompson
Hello, I’m Corey! It’s been a few incredible years since I joined the Primrose team, and each day has been a rewarding chapter in my journey as an educator. Working with children has not only enriched my life but has also taught me numerous invaluable lessons.
The most gratifying aspect of my role at Primrose is witnessing the magical moment when a child learns something new for the first time. Their eyes light up with excitement and curiosity, and it’s a privilege to be a part of these transformative experiences. These moments are not just milestones for the children but are also deeply inspiring for me as a teacher.
Seeing the joy on the children’s faces when they grasp a new concept or skill is what fuels my passion for teaching. It’s these moments that continue to motivate and inspire me every day. Being able to contribute to their growth and development is a profound responsibility, and one that I embrace wholeheartedly.
Working with children at Primrose has been more than just a job; it’s a calling that has truly enriched my life. The impact of witnessing and nurturing the joy of learning in young minds is a gift I cherish deeply. Here’s to many more years of inspiring and being inspired by the bright young minds I have the pleasure of teaching!
