Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

  • Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
  • Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
  • Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
  • Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
  • Individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
  • Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
  • Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Annie Phan is a dedicated member of our Infant Department at Primrose School of Chelmsford. Since joining our team in November of 2020, she has shown a deep passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to nurturing young children as they grow, develop new skills, and reach important developmental milestones.

Ms. Phan takes pride in creating a warm, supportive, and enriching environment where even our youngest learners feel safe, cared for, and encouraged to explore the world around them. Known for her enthusiasm and creativity, she enjoys engaging with children through meaningful interactions that support their development and curiosity. Her strong communication skills and approachable nature allow her to build positive relationships with both children and their families.

Ms. Phan brings a vibrant and outgoing personality to the classroom. She thrives on challenges and continually seeks opportunities to grow and strengthen her teaching practices. Her dedication to early childhood education is driven by the genuine joy she finds in caring for and connecting with children during these important early years.

Ms. Chrim’s approach to teaching is driven by her deep passion for working with children, and she is committed to helping each of her students reach their developmental milestones.

Ms. Allaiza Uy is a dedicated member of the Toddler department at Primrose School of Chelmsford. Currently pursuing her associate degree in arts, Ms. Uy brings a wealth of experience from various roles, including babysitting, assistant teaching, and most recently, lead teaching. Her journey to Primrose was driven by a deep appreciation for the school’s values and mission, and the opportunity to grow, be supported, and learn in a positive environment.

Ms. Uy’s teaching philosophy is marked by her patience, understanding, cheerfulness, and kindness. She is committed to creating a nurturing atmosphere where each student can thrive. With several years in child care, Ms. Jones has developed a deep appreciation for early childhood education and is passionate about helping young learners flourish. She chose Primrose for its nurturing, growth-oriented atmosphere and looks forward to building meaningful connections with each child.

Ms. Jones is especially excited to witness how each student learns in their own unique way and to grow alongside them throughout their educational journey. Her creativity, caring nature, and adaptability make her a strong asset to our program.

Ms. Charles comes to us as a recent graduate from UMass Lowell, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing. As the oldest of six children, she has been surrounded by little ones from a young age and began working with children during high school. Since then, she has gained experience with all age groups and continues to grow her passion for early childhood education.

She chose Primrose after hearing wonderful things about the positive and supportive environment we provide. Ms. Charles is committed to continuous learning and loves that our Balanced Learning® approach extends not only to students but also to our faculty.

She is eager to start the school year, building meaningful connections with her students and families in Room 3. We are delighted to have her as part of our team!
