An action-packed day full of fun and purposeful play helps toddlers develop Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Primrose teachers use that energy and enthusiasm to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills through engaging games and activities.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Destiny Dunn
Ms. Dunn joined our team in 2025, with experience supporting young children and their families.
Ms. Dunn has several years of experience as a nanny and within early childhood education, where she built strong, nurturing relationships and helped children grow through play, routine, and individualized care. This experience gives Ms. Dunn a deep understanding of early childhood development and the importance of meeting each child’s unique needs.

Ms. Emmy Vil
Ms. Vil joined us in 2024. She is a current student at Middlesex Community College.
Ms. Vil brings over 5 years of experience to our program, along with her playful, driven, and kind nature. Ms Vil is committed to creating a vibrant environment for every student.

Ms. Balkis Lara
Ms. Lara joined our team in 2023. She has over nine years of experience in early childhood care and education. Ms. Lara holds a double major in Psychology and Spanish from Worcester State College.
She is dedicated to ensure all children are successful academically and socially.

Ms. Brianna Urena
Ms. Brianna Urena joined our team in 2025, with recent experience as a teacher’s assistant in a preschool setting.
Ms. Urena is most passionate about focusing on social-emotional development in young children, as well as excelling in leading age-appropriate activities to foster a love for learning in her students.
