We are Emily and Bryce Durke, proud owners of Primrose School of Wheat Ridge at Applewood. We’re thrilled to bring high-quality preschool and child care to families in Wheat Ridge and the surrounding communities.
I’m Emily, and I hold a master’s degree in elementary education. I’ve spent the past ten years as an educator in the Cherry Creek School District, where I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact a strong early foundation has on a child’s long-term success. That experience led me to Primrose and its research-based Balanced Learning® approach, which aligns perfectly with my passion for nurturing and educating young children.
Bryce brings a background in construction and business that’s been essential to making our vision for Primrose School of Wheat Ridge at Applewood a reality. As parents of young children in Northwest Denver, we experienced the challenge of finding high-quality early education ourselves. That personal journey inspired us to bring a trusted, proven option to our own community.
We are committed to creating the kind of environment we would want for our own children—safe, nurturing, and filled with meaningful learning experiences. We deeply value the trust families place in us, and we take our role in your child’s early years to heart.
