Kelly Willis is the Executive Director for Primrose Schools in Arizona and a passionate advocate for young children and the families who love them. With years of experience supporting early learning programs and working closely with educators and families, Kelly is deeply committed to creating nurturing, high-quality school environments where every child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn.

Kelly believes that early childhood education is about more than academics—it’s about building confidence, kindness, and a strong foundation for lifelong learning. She works closely with school leaders and teachers across Arizona to ensure Primrose schools remain welcoming spaces where children of all abilities can thrive and families feel truly connected and heard.

Hello! I’m Sarai—born and raised right here in Arizona. I’m a proud mom to my amazing son, Abner, and to our sweet little fur baby, Gizmo.

I joined Primrose in 2023 as a Toddler Teacher, and since then I’ve grown into the role of Assistant Director and now the Campus Director for Primrose of Surprise. Being both a mom and an educator helps me understand how important it is for families to feel confident that their children are safe, supported, and truly loved at school.

I’m so grateful to be part of a community where students, teachers, and families are always at the heart of everything we do. I can’t wait to get to know you and your family and to help make these early years full of growth, joy, and a little bit of magic.

Hello! My name is Alyssa Williamson, and I am so excited to begin my journey as the Education Coach here at Primrose School of Surprise.

I have been part of the Primrose family since 2018—not only as a team member but also as a parent, as all four of my children attended Primrose, even during the times I wasn’t working here. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in many different roles, including Early Preschool Teacher, Preschool Pathways Teacher, Pre-K Teacher, and Explorers Teacher. Most recently, I spent a year as the Education Coach at Primrose School of Arrowhead.

Altogether, I bring 10 years of experience in education, working with children from infancy through high school. During that time, I spent over 5 years in Special Education, supporting students of all abilities and learning styles. I’ve also had the rewarding opportunity to work one-on-one with students, which deepened my passion for helping every child reach their fullest potential.

On a personal note, I’ve been happily married to my husband for 6 years, and together we are raising our four wonderful children. Our family also includes our sweet dog, Nyla.

I am truly looking forward to meeting you and your families as we begin this exciting new chapter together. I believe that a strong partnership between home and school helps children thrive, and I can’t wait to support each of you along the way.

I am the oldest of 4 siblings. I like to spend time with my family and friends. My favorite thing about working with children is building those relationships and being a part of their growth.

I was born and raised in Arizona along with my 2 sisters! I am also a proud dog mom to my sweet girl Luna, who loves to keep me on my toes! I have been a cook for over 20 years! I love cooking and to see the joy of the children’s face when they eat my food! I learned to cook as a little girl and learned a lot of good cooking from my mom. I always cook for my family and always say “There is nothing better than a hot, home cooked meal!”

I am the second oldest of 3! I have an older brother and a younger sister. I moved down to Arizona in 2017 from Chicago and have been living here since then. I am new to Primrose but have been loving every step of the way. I am so excited to learn more!
