As parents of two wonderful daughters, Khailah and Lilydian, we understand how precious each moment with your child is. We bring that same energy, care and love to every child at Primrose School of Stafford at Embrey Mill.

We actively collaborate with local businesses, organizations, and families to create meaningful opportunities that support growth, learning, and the well-being of our students and staff. With over 25 years in education and social services, Darlene is passionate about inspiring curiosity and fostering a lifelong love of learning. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling and a Doctorate in Health Administration. Beyond her qualifications, she’s committed to helping children grow academically, emotionally, and socially. Robert, a retired Air Force veteran and now a general manager at Microsoft, brings a wealth of leadership experience. He’s passionate about creating environments where children feel valued, supported and empowered to thrive. His leadership ensures that every child has the foundation they need to succeed.
