Our Early Preschool Classroom

Many 2-year-olds want to do everything by themselves. And why not? It’s their way of experimenting and learning to understand the world. Early Preschool teachers provide a safe, nurturing environment where your child can explore and stretch their talents to the fullest all while building self-confidence. Your child will have fun every day as they play and learn important academic skills, social skills and more.

Health & Safety

Their health & safety. Our top priority.

Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

  • Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever-free for at least 24 hours
  • Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
  • Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
  • Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
  • Individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
  • Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
  • Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
  • Monthly emergency drills so children and staff are prepared for emergencies

Meet Ms. Teresa

Ms. Teresa is a dedicated early childhood teacher who has many years of experience working at Primrose Schools. She currently lives in Dublin and has been married to her husband for 27 years. She is a mom to two grown sons and a step-daughter, and a proud grandmother to two girls and two step-grandsons. Her home is also happily shared with two dogs, BayLee and Molly.

Ms. Teresa began her child care and teaching career in McKinney, Texas in 2006 at a Primrose School, and she has been working with children for over 21 years. She has taught little ones from ages 6 weeks to 2 years old and has completed all 12 ECE units.

Her favorite part about working with children is the joy, imagination, and pure silliness they bring into each day. She loves being able to laugh, be creative, and use her imagination alongside them in a space with no judgement and learning feels magical.

Her favorite children’s book is Go Away, Big Green Monster, and her favorite holiday is Christmas. In her free time, Ms. Teresa loves to read.

Meet Ms. Devi

Ms. Devi brings over a year of childcare and teaching experience to Primrose, along with a strong educational background. She holds a Master of Science in Computer Technology and has completed 12 units in Early Childhood Education, combining her academic knowledge with a passion for working with young children.

She was inspired to pursue early childhood education because of her desire to support young minds during their most important developmental years. Ms. Devi is dedicated to helping children reach their milestones with patience, creativity, and encouragement. She enjoys creating a nurturing environment where children feel comfortable exploring, discovering, and growing each day.

Ms. Devi believes that every child develops at their own pace and is committed to fostering a warm, supportive classroom where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. She takes pride in building strong connections with her students and encouraging their curiosity through engaging, hands-on experiences.

Her favorite children’s book is Giraffes Can’t Dance by Giles Andreae, a story that celebrates individuality and self-confidence—values she loves to instill in her students.

Ms. Devi enjoys celebrating holidays such as New Year’s, Diwali, and Pongal. One of her favorite family traditions is celebrating Tamil New Year, a special time filled with meaningful customs and togetherness. She also shares a special bond with her family dog, Mobby, who lives back in India.

In her personal time, Ms. Devi enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, hiking, and recently getting into Zumba. She loves trying new activities that keep her active and energized, and is always excited to learn something new.

Our family would love to meet yours.
