Teachers & Staff

Ms. Taylor
Greetings! My name is Taylor and I am honored to serve as Executive Director for such a wonderful company. My passion for working with young children has always driven me to be a successful teacher. My initial motivation was working in healthcare as a pediatric physician which prompted me to begin taking emergency medicine classes. I conducted my hospital and ambulance rounds before taking a position as an assistant teacher in Houston, TX. I found so much fulfillment in that profession that I was inspired to start to take child development classes shortly after. I received my bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with a focus on Child Development in 2014.
During my time in school, I worked my way from a toddler lead teacher to an assistant director for another private preschool in Austin. I was drawn to Primrose because of the excellent reputation and true passion of each person I met during a visit to the school. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new parks with my husband, Daniel, our son Hudson and our fur babies! We are foodies that love trying new restaurants and shops in the area.
I have worked with Primrose since 2016 and could not say enough how happy I have been ever since!

Ms. Alyssia
Hi! My name is Alyssia and I am the Field Director of Admissions for our premier school!
I was born and raised in Austin, naturally making me a huge UT fan (Hook ‘Em!). I have been married for 14 years and have three daughters and one son, which attends Primrose. I love to bake, play board games and garden. I also enjoy reading, scrap booking and working out.
I attended Austin Community College to study and obtained my certificate in Child Development. I plan to complete my education to reach my goal in getting my bachelors in Family and Child Development. I have been in Early Childhood Education for 20 years, some time spent at another Primrose School. I believe I have a unique perspective of what it means to not only be a Primrose parent but also working through the sequence of being a teacher to being in leadership. These experiences have allowed me to truly learn what families are looking for in their child’s social and academic success through their Primrose journey.
I look forward to building trusted relationships and working with families to make their time here at Primrose the best experience possible.

Ms. Gabi
Hello everyone! My name is Gabriella, though many know me as Ms. Gabi. I am originally from New York City and have proudly called Texas home for several years. I previously served in the United States Army, stationed in Anchorage, Alaska, from 2016–2019—an experience that greatly shaped my leadership skills and dedication to service.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development from the University of Texas. My journey with Primrose has been incredibly rewarding. I began as a Support Teacher at one of our sister schools, where I gained valuable classroom experience before moving into the role of Pre-Kindergarten/Explorer Lead Teacher. With the support of strong mentorship and leadership, I transitioned into school leadership as an Education Coach and am now honored to serve as the Director of the Primrose School of Round Rock at Forest Creek.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my amazing wife and our puppy. We love being outdoors, painting, and exploring museums throughout the area.
I am truly excited to be part of the Forest Creek community and look forward to partnering with families as we support each child’s growth, development, and success.

Ms. Amaya
Hello families! My name is Ms. Amaya and I serve as the Admissions Coordinator, bringing a warm, child-centered perspective shaped by my hands on experience by working previously as a Pre-k teacher here at Primrose! Before transitioning into admissions, I have spent my 2.5 years exploring in preschool and eventually finding a home in Pre-k where they fostered early learning, social development, and school readiness.
My hands on experience working closely with young children and communicating daily with parents gives unique insight into what families value most when choosing a school. I’ve always loved being in the child care realm and have always known this is the field I was meant to be in! I’ve moved here from California 6 years ago and spend my spare time with family, friends, or treating myself to relaxing activities. I love getting to read, bake or explore new places outside!
I again am very excited to be able to meet new families as well as making connections to new children and everyone who walks into our building!

Franchise Owner
Kevin and Reena Bhakta
Hello, we are Kevin and Reena Bhakta, the proud Franchise Owners of the new Primrose School of Round Rock at Forest Creek. As parents, we value the importance of the high-quality, educational childcare that Primrose Schools provides.
We experienced the unmatched education Primrose delivers after searching for a child care option for our own child. The friendly teachers and warm, home-like atmosphere were an added bonus to the well-rounded curriculum and teacher guidance we were looking for in a school.
We left our professions as a CPA and a Pharmacist to handle daily operations at the school full-time. Together, we will work to uphold the outstanding reputation Primrose has earned in the area.
We are devoted to bringing the best possible child care experience to the community and providing children with a solid foundation to excel in the future. We understand the importance of instilling a love of learning throughout a child’s early years, and we believe this is essential to building a new generation of bright citizens.
We look forward to meeting you!
