Director

Tiffany brings over 24 years of experience in early childhood education. She began her career teaching Preschool and Pre-K students before transitioning into leadership roles, including Curriculum Specialist, Assistant Director, Director, and Preschool Market Coordinator. In 2020, she expanded her focus to working with children with autism and has since served as a Registered Behavior Technician. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff, and is committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and high-quality learning environment.

Originally from Waterville, Maine Tiffany and her family now reside in Cumming with her three children. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her children’s activities, volunteering at her church—where she serves in the special needs classroom and leads a monthly outreach team at a local nursing home—and spending time reading, gardening, and baking.

Director Of Operations

Ms. Alexis brings extensive experience in leadership and early childhood education. In her role as Director Of Operations, she effectively manages daily operations while fostering a supportive environment for educators and staff to ensure high-quality learning experiences for children.

Prior to this leadership position, Ms. Alexis spent several years as a PreK teacher, where she developed expertise in early childhood development and classroom management. She is also completing a degree in Human Resources, further enhancing her ability to support both the people and processes critical to a thriving educational environment.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Alexis is a dedicated mother of three, with her family serving as a continued source of inspiration and motivation in her work.

Ms. Nica brings strong instructional leadership and a deep commitment to high-quality education. With nearly 5 years of experience as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher, she has been an invaluable part of the Primrose family, consistently demonstrating excellence, care, and a passion for early childhood learning.

Throughout her time in the Pre-K classroom, Ms. Nica has built meaningful relationships with students and families, created engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environments, and modeled best practices in instruction. Her ability to connect with children, support teachers, and uphold high standards has made her a trusted leader and role model within the school community.

As an Education Coach, Ms. Nica is dedicated to supporting teachers’ growth, strengthening instructional practices, and fostering classrooms where both educators and students can thrive. Her passion for early education and commitment to excellence will continue to have a positive and lasting impact on our classrooms and teaching teams.

Franchise Owners

Simon and Kathy Edwards, Mike and Hannah Kim

Meet Simon and Kathy Edwards and Mike and Hannah Kim! They are thrilled to be the proud new franchise owners of Primrose School of Roswell East at Nesbit Ferry. They are excited to bring the Primrose experience of premier early education and care to the families in the Johns Creek, Alpharetta, and Roswell communities.

Hannah serves as the onsite owner working closely with parents, children, and staff.  Hannah has lived in the metro Atlanta area for over 30 years, and she looks forward to serving Primrose families. Hannah’s professional background includes real estate sales and corporate accounting. In addition, she has served many years as a children’s ministry volunteer at church, and she will use her background and positive experiences to help create a nurturing and optimal learning environment for students.

Mike has an MBA in finance from Georgia State University and worked for corporate America until 2011 when he started a distribution company specializing in technology devices. Mike is looking forward to sharing his experiences to contribute to the dynamic skillsets from the four-member ownership team.

Business partners Simon and Kathy Edwards have been exceptional Primrose franchise owners for 20 years. Simon has a master’s degree in social science and a background in education and business administration. Kathy has a degree in business management and finance and has worked in corporations including NBC, Time Inc. and Turner Broadcasting. Together, they have become successful multi-school franchise owners.

We firmly believe in the Primrose core belief that who children become is as important as what they know. Collectively, we are committed to providing the best and most trusted early education and care for children and families.

Located at 9440 Nesbit Ferry Road in Alpharetta, GA, features the exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum for children ages six weeks to five years old. Developed by and taught exclusively at Primrose schools, the researched-based curriculum blends teacher-guided and child-initiated activities.
