Our Infant Classroom
We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Our Infant Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Cameron Ngom
I am a mom to a little boy named Jaxon. I am one of ten siblings so experience with children is something I am very familiar with. My favorite classroom is the infant room. As a mom, I know how hard it must be to leave your little baby in the care of someone else. I make it my top priority to make parents confident in their choice of childcare, and the morning goodbyes easier.
Outside of school I enjoy baking, trying new foods, and spending time with family.
My favorite children’s book is Love you Forever by Robert Munsch.
The Primrose character I relate to the most is Og because I also am a bookworm.
I feel that early childhood sets the standard for the rest of your life, making it the most important time for molding and education.

Ms. Tia Roberts
I grew up in Cincinnati. I have worked in childcare and babysitting.
Outside of school I enjoy going to church and singing.
My favorite children’s book is the Junie B. Jones series.
The thing I enjoy most about the early education field is the impact that it has on a child’s development. The early years are crucial and have long lasting effects.

Ms. Khristine Smith
I have three beautiful children and two siberian huskies. I have a Bachleor’s Degree in Health Eductation. I like to travel and in my free time I like to make different crafts. My favorite book to read to children is Brown Bear, Brown Bear.
Outside of school I enjoy swimming, going to parks, and spending time with my family.
The Primrose character I relate most to is Mia the Mouse because I enjoy being active, playing sports, and working out.
What I enjoy most about the early education field is being able to watch your children grow and have an impact on their lives.

Ms. AmberNay Wilkins
I was born and raised in Pittsburgh PA and found myself in Cincinnati in 2018 when I attended the University of Cincinnati. I started as a geology major with the intention of becoming a paleontologist. That did not last long however as I immediately pivoted to be a secondary education major after taking on a teaching internship. Unfortunately, my college career was put on hold due to the covid 19 pandemic and I had to move back to Pittsburgh. Through quarantine I helped my family the best way I knew how by watching my then newborn nephew and two-year cousin. Watching those babies became a huge part of my life and the time I spend with them means so much to me. When I made it back to Cincy in 2021, I knew exactly what I wanted to do and that lead me to Primrose. Now I get to spend my time doing what I love while I get the best hugs from the sweetest babies. As an Infant teacher I believe babes learn through experiences and it is my job to provide them learning opportunities through play and exploration. I guide them while wrapping them up in as much love and support as possible. Being there for each baby as they learn and reach milestones is the best part.
In my free time I enjoy reading and I am an avid journaler and have been keeping journals since 2018.
My favorite children’s book is We Believe in You by Beth Ferry.
The Primrose character I relate to is Og because reading is such a big part of my life and I put a lot of value into being kind.
My favorite part of early education is watching the children grow and learn. Kids grow in a blink of an eye and getting to be part of that makes my heart so happy. I also love the hugs.

Teacher L Cooper
I grew up in the small towns of Darrtown, Ohio and Paris, Kentucky with my large family of 14 siblings. I graduated and traveled as a photographer for six years and settled back home to spend more time with my seven nieces and single nephew. I’m a very artistic minded person who loves learning new things and watching others grow and learn.
Outside of school I enjoy photography, reading, sewing, and spending time in nature.
My favorite children’s book is “If you give a pig a Pancake”.
The Primrose character I most relate to is Og because I love reading so I can learn, explore worlds, and expand creativity.
The thing I enjoy most about Early Education is seeing and hearing all the creative things kids can come up with, as well as seeing them grow
