We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Infant Teacher | Primrose School of North Richardson at Lookout
Mrs. Roche brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education to the Primrose School of North Richardson at Lookout. She has been a valued member of the Primrose Schools community for more than a decade and officially joined the North Richardson team in 2021. With a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and a deep passion for infant care, Mrs. Roche provides a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment where the youngest learners can thrive.
Her extensive knowledge, gentle approach, and consistent care make her a trusted partner to families and a beloved presence in the classroom. Outside of school, Mrs. Roche enjoys baking and cherishing time with her husband.

Hello! My name is Ms. Iraqi, and I’m from Morocco. I joined Primrose Schools in 2024 and recently celebrated my one-year anniversary with this amazing team.
What I love most about Primrose is the safe, clean, and loving environment that makes it the perfect place for children to learn and grow.
In my spare time, I prioritize self-care and relaxation to recharge and stay energized for the meaningful work I do each day. I’m proud to be part of a community that values quality care, education, and well-being.

Mrs. Shomaker

Mrs. Shomaker has been a dedicated and integral part of the Primrose School of North Richardson at Lookout since its opening in January 2020. With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, she specializes in infant care and is passionate about creating a nurturing, safe, and developmentally supportive environment for our youngest learners.
As both an educator and a Primrose parent, Mrs. Shomaker has a unique connection to the school—her daughter, Everly, has grown up as part of the Primrose community. This dual perspective strengthens her commitment to delivering the highest quality care and building strong relationships with families.
In her free time, Mrs. Shomaker enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her loved ones. She is proud to continue supporting infants and their families through the trusted Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.

Mrs. Hail
Mrs. Hail – Infant 2 Teacher
Mrs. Hail has been a dedicated member of the Primrose School of North Richardson at Lookout team since 2023. Originally from Malaysia, she moved to the United States in 2020 and brings with her a warm and nurturing spirit that shines in the classroom.
As a proud mom of two high schoolers, Mrs. Hail understands the importance of creating a safe and loving environment where infants can learn and grow. She works alongside Mrs. Shoemaker in our Infant 2 classroom, where together they provide individualized care, foster early development, and build strong connections with families.
Outside of Primrose, Mrs. Hail enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband. Her passion for early childhood education and family values makes her a treasured part of our Primrose family.

Ms. Weber
Primrose Team Member Since 2020
Ms. Weber joined the Primrose School team in 2020, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in early childhood education. Throughout her career, she has worked with children of various age groups, but she has a special gift for nurturing infants. Her warm personality and innate ability to make babies smile and giggle bring joy to the classroom every day.
Ms. Weber lives in Rowlett, Texas with her sister, Jen. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting and spending quality time with her family. We’re grateful to have Ms. Weber as part of our Primrose family!
