Franchise Owners
Jackie and Tom Bell, Baylee Kirkpatrick
Thank you for your interest in our school. We are the proud Franchise Owners, Jackie and Tom Bell and Baylee Kirkpatrick. Tom and Jackie opened the Primrose School of Noblesville in October of 2008. Tom and Jackie raised their family in Noblesville, and it was very important to them that the business they started would make a positive impact on the community they love.
Education has been integral in the Bell family. Tom received his B.S. in Physical Education and his master’s degree in special education. Jackie received her B.S degree in Natural Resources. Her position serving the citizens of Indiana and her experiences raising their three children helped her understand the importance of supporting families and a quality education.
As a family-owned and operated business, we are so excited that our daughter, Baylee Kirkpatrick, chose to join us as our on-site owner/operator in 2025. Baylee received her B.S. degree in Business with a minor in Human Development. She started her career at our school as an early preschool teacher and then worked on the Leadership Team as our Assistant Director for 5 years. Baylee and her husband welcomed their first child into the world in 2024. As a parent whose own child attends the Toddler program, Baylee has come to value what Primrose offers from an entirely new perspective.
At the Primrose School of Noblesville, we believe who children become is as important as what they know. The Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum sets children up for success academically, socially and emotionally. We are very excited for your family to join our school, and we look forward to partnering with you in the future!
