Head of School

Ever since I was a child, I’ve felt a natural connection with kids — they’ve always been drawn to me, and I to them. Being around children has always brought me joy and a deep sense of fulfillment. That connection inspired me to pursue the only career I ever truly considered: one where I could work with children every day, helping them grow, learn, and thrive.

Today, I’m a proud mom of two boys, ages 21 and 14, and I’ve been dedicated to the field of education for over 25 years. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and have had the joy of serving in a wide range of roles throughout my career—from camp counselor to preschool, Pre-K, and kindergarten teacher at our sister school, the Primrose School of Berkeley Heights. I have also served in leadership roles as both Assistant Director and Director. I am now thrilled to rejoin the Primrose family as Head of School and look forward to supporting our students, families, and staff.

Over the years, I’ve discovered that my true passion lies in leadership — not only supporting the growth and development of children but also building strong relationships with families and empowering educators to do their best work. I find deep fulfillment in creating a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe and inspired, and where families feel supported and valued every step of the way.

My connection to this community runs deep. I previously spent five wonderful years serving the families of New Providence and Berkeley Heights as the Afterschool and Camp Director at the Summit Area YMCA. It brings me great joy to return and once again be part of this vibrant, caring community.
