Kayla Sapara
Kayla Sapara has been an invaluable member of the Primrose Schools family since 2021. With a Bachelor of Science in Education, Kayla began her career in 2020 with Strongsville City Schools and her commitment to fostering the growth of young minds led her to Primrose Schools, where she started as a Preschool teacher and moved to become a Pre-K teacher.
Her ability to create an engaging, supportive, and dynamic learning environment led to a seamless transition into leadership within the Primrose community. As a leader, Kayla brings a strong foundation in education, paired with a deep understanding of the unique needs of both children and educators. She strives to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth, ensuring every child receives the care, attention, and learning experiences they need to thrive.
Kayla’s passion for education is reflected in her daily work, her connections with children and families, and her ongoing efforts to contribute to the success of Primrose Schools. Her dedication to the development of both students and her colleagues makes her an integral part of the Primrose family.

Sierra Grays
I’m Miss Sierra!
I have been in early childhood education since 2017! It all started with a volunteer position and quickly became my passion! I have earned my CDA credential and worked with all age groups serving in many different roles from assistant and lead teacher all the way to center director!
I truly love the chaos and energy that comes with each day in the classroom, and I’m so honored to be a safe space for children as they learn and grow while also supporting our talented teaching staff!
When I’m not at school my sweet niece, nephews, and child with four paws Hotchner keep me very busy! Hotch is a pitbull-mastiff mix and he’s always keeping his parents busy with walks, scratches, and snuggles! I also enjoy shopping, artsy things, sleeping in, Fall days, spooky things, animals, and learning new things!
Always know I am here with a helping hand and a listening ear!

Franchise Owner
Neha and Kanak
Meet Neha Dayakar and Kanak Chatterjee – the proud franchise owners of Primrose School of Medina and Primrose School of Strongsville. They are very excited to bring the Primrose brand of premiere early childhood education and care to the families in the Medina community. Having lived here since 2004 and with both their sons born here, they are proud to call Cleveland home.
As full-time working parents, they are very aware of the challenges that families face while seeking premium quality childcare. Their two boys, were in preschools from the time when they were 12 weeks old, all the way through Pre-K. This gave them the unique opportunity to experience different childcare providers as needs evolved, and as Primrose parents, Neha and Kanak experienced firsthand the positive impact this had on the children as they were guided through a safe and nurturing, learning environment. Primrose’s Balanced Learning curriculum empowered the teachers to focus more time on developing the children’s curiosity, creativity, confidence, and compassion, and less time on worrying about coming up with a plan on what to teach daily.
Having grown up in different parts of the world and being exposed to different cultures and education systems, they feel strongly about the values and outcomes of a solid foundation for our children’s generation. There is more to education than just academics, and they firmly believe in extending such opportunities within the communities of Strongsville and Cleveland. As such, the Primrose School of Medina is committed to delivering a high-quality experience to prepare your children for a bright and prosperous future.
They look forward to meeting with you and welcoming you to the Primrose family!
