Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Savannah Bustos
Hello! My name is Ms. Savannah and I am the lead teacher in the Early Preschool 1 classroom. I am from Cleveland, TX and joined the Primrose Lakeshore family in November 2021. I have childcare experience since 2012. In the past, I have been an Medical Assistant, and AAS in healthcare management. My favorite food is Mexican. On the weekends, I enjoy reading, walking and volunteer work! My favorite children’s book is “Go Dog Go” by DR. Seuss. The Primrose Pal I most relate to is Ally the Bunny!

I’m Carmen Burton. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am from the great city of Humble Tx. I joined the Primrose family in December 2022. I am happy to become apart of this wonderful Primrose family.
You see, at Primrose Schools we’re more than a team of professional teachers and child care education specialists. We’re also a family, and we care for every child as though he or she was our own. And like your home, our school provides a secure, nurturing environment that fosters self-discovery and a love of learning.

Kailee Hymel
Hi, my name is Kailee Hymel. I’m an early preschool teacher who loves creating a nurturing and caring environment for young children. I also enjoy painting and spending quality time with my family—both bring me joy, creativity, and balance in my life.

Ms. Brittany Terrell
Ms. Brittany is from Houston, TX and joined our primrose family in 2022. During her spare time she loves to watch movies with her family. She also loves to make people laugh and is always in a joyful mood. We are proud to have Ms. Brittany on our Primrose Lakeshore team!
