Teachers & Staff

Brittney Davis
Mrs. Brittney Davis has been part of the Primrose family since 2011, beginning her journey in the classroom with our Two’s and Three’s programs before teaching Private Kindergarten. Her passion for education and heart for children led her into school leadership, where she served as Curriculum Coordinator and Assistant Director for many years before becoming Director in 2021.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from The University of Texas at Austin and has a deep love for child development. Brittney is fascinated by how children think, grow, and build confidence in their earliest years. She believes that strong relationships, consistent routines, and high expectations rooted in care create the foundation for lifelong success.
As Director, Brittney is committed to building a school community where families feel known, teachers feel supported, and children feel safe, inspired, and valued each day. An empath by nature, she prioritizes open communication and meaningful connections with both staff and parents. Her leadership style blends accountability with encouragement, always keeping what is best for children at the center of every decision.
Brittney’s connection to the Primrose mission is both personal and professional. Two of her sons have completed the Primrose program from infancy, giving her firsthand experience in the lasting impact of a strong early education foundation.
Outside of school, Brittney and her husband are raising a blended family of four boys. Much of her time is spent cheering from the sidelines at sporting events, where their family values of hard work, perseverance, and teamwork come to life. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, hybrid training, running, and taking on home improvement projects while creating spaces that feel welcoming and intentional.
Brittney is honored to serve the Kyle community and is dedicated to creating a school environment where children thrive, families connect, and teachers grow.

Ms. Jamie
Hi, I’m Ms. Jamie!
I’m so excited to get to know you and your family! I live right here in Kyle with my two daughters, and I love being part of the same community I call home—so if you ever see me out and about, don’t hesitate to say “Hi!”
I’ve been with Primrose for over 3 years, and I’m thrilled to be part of Primrose Kyle. I’m originally from Minnesota, but I graduated high school here in Texas and later attended Texas State University, where I majored in Art and minored in Psychology. Both art and psychology are still passions of mine, and I enjoy finding ways to weave them into my everyday life.
Most of all, I absolutely LOVE caring for babies. Infants and their infinite potential truly inspire me, and I feel so lucky to spend my days helping them grow and thrive.

Ms. Eileen
Hi everyone! My name is Ms. Eileen. I’m originally from a small town south of San Antonio, but I’ve been living in San Marcos while I finish up my degree in Accounting.
I have experience working with children from infancy through age three, and infants have definitely stolen my heart. I love being part of those early moments—watching them reach new milestones and seeing the pride on their faces when they accomplish something new.
Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing and watching TV, and during the summer you can usually find me floating the river on the weekends.
I’m so excited to be here and can’t wait to get to know you and your little ones!

Ms. Jordan
Hi! I’m Ms. Jordan, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to care for and nurture your little one during such a special stage of development.
Supporting infants as they grow, explore, and discover the world is truly my passion. I strive to create a safe, loving, and enriching environment where every baby feels supported and celebrated.
My background includes experience in ABA therapy as well as teaching swim lessons to children as young as 6 months up to 2 years old. I’m currently pursuing my degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Child Development at Texas State University, where I continue to deepen my understanding of early learning and emotional growth.
When I’m not in the classroom or studying, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book—or, if the weather’s nice, hiking a trail or enjoying a swim! I’m so excited to be part of your child’s journey.

Franchise Owner
Lisa Hegner
Welcome to Primrose School of Kyle! I am proud to bring high-quality preschool and child care to young children and families in the Kyle, Texas community.
My family’s Primrose journey began when I was pregnant with our first child and we started to explore high-quality child care options in the area. My husband, Keith, and I fell in love with Primrose the second we walked into the school and immediately wanted to enroll. While we were waitlisted, this just further proved to us that there was something special about this school. It was clear that Primrose creates a fun, educational and nurturing environment for each child and family. Therefore, my franchise ownership journey began with opening the Primrose School of Shady Hollow in South Austin in 2021. We are proud to win Best in Child Care Community Choice Awards by the Austin American Statesman in 2021, 2022, and 2024!
Prior to opening my first Primrose school, I worked in Human Resources for large corporate enterprises for 15 years. Over the years I have yearned to invest my time and energy into a local business of my own. I have seen the positive impact that Primrose has had on children socially, emotionally and intellectually, which led me to open a Primrose school.
At Primrose, we believe who children become is as important as what they know. Our exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion. We deliver more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing experience for children and their families.
My team and I are excited to meet you and your family!
