Ms. Kendra
Hello! My name is Kendra Neal and I am looking forward to an amazing school year and providing a positive, nurturing and fun learning environment for all children, families and staff. I am originally from North Carolina, with over 20 years of early childhood experience and have my Child Development Associate. I have been apart of the Primrose team for the past seven years and I truly enjoy it. I currently live locally and have been in Georgia for the past 19 years. In my free time I enjoy traveling being active, meeting new people and spending time with my family and close friends. My goal is to work as a team with the teachers to provide the best learning experience for our students. Primrose is a place for children to learn and grow through purposeful play, with positive guidance in a nurturing environment.

Ms. Angie Hayes

Ms. Ashley A
Hi, my name is Ms. Ashley, and I am the Education Director. I joined the Primrose Johns Creek in 2021 with over three years of childcare experience. I spent the past few floating between the Infant Classroom and Preschool Pathways Classroom and am excited to be spending time with all the students and teachers!
When I am not at Primrose, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and enjoy painting during my free time. A fun fact about myself is I am really good a baking cake pops!
I’m looking forward to getting to know all my students and their families this school year.

Ms. Latisha
Hi, my name is Ms. Latisha and I am the Food Service Teacher. I joined the Primrose family in August 2015. I love making healthy and delicious meals for our students.
I am a wife and mother to three wonderful children. I am also ‘Nina’ to three grandchildren and over the moon excited about my grandbabies. In my free time I enjoy reading, exercising, and traveling.

Ms. Traci
Hi, my name is Ms. Traci and I’ve been a part of the Primrose family since 2011 and have been teaching in and out of almost every class! I’m so excited to be the Lead Teacher for the Infant Classroom and enjoy caring and nurturing for our little babies. I find so much joy watching the students I’ve cared for grow and transition all the way to the Private Pre-K class.
I am a mother of four and recently became a grandmother to a beautiful baby girl. When I’m not at Primrose, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and granddaughter. Time is so precious and I take advantage of every moment I can with them. Outside of Primrose my hobbies include health and fitness, reading, and cooking.
I’m excited for my future at Primrose and watching this next group of infants grow!

Ms. Semira -Lead Teacher
Hi, My name is Ms. Semira and I am the lead teacher in Preschool Pathways I joined Primrose in February 2025 and have really enjoyed being apart of the Primrose family. I am currently working on obtaining my CDA. I have over six years of childcare experience. I enjoy watching the children grow and learn. I am bilingual and speak Tigrina. I am looking forward to a great year here at Primrose.
In my spare time I like to shop with my daughters and try new recipes.

Ms. Lavanya
Hi, my name is Ms. Lavanya, and I am the Young Toddler Assistant Teacher. I joined the Primrose Johns Creek team in the Spring of 2024 and have been enjoying getting to know all my students! I joined the PSJC team with 2 years of prior childcare experience.
When I am not at Primrose, I enjoy cooking, stitching, gardening, arts & crafts and spending time with my family and friends.
What I enjoy most about working at Primrose is watching our young toddlers grow and learn. It is so fascinating to watch them navigate their world. I am looking forward to getting to know all my students and their families this school year.

Ms. Taylor
Hi, my name is Ms. Taylor, and I am the Early Preschool Lead Teacher. I grew up in Dayton, Ohio and moved to Georgia in high school. I first joined the Primrose Johns Creek team back in 2019 as the Assistant Teacher in the Young Toddler and Early Preschool Classrooms. After moving back to the Johns Creek area, I rejoined the Primrose Johns Creek team and am so excited to be back with my old students and get to know my new students!
Ms. Naghmeh
Hi, My name is Ms. Naghmeh and I am the assistant teacher in Early Preschool 1. I joined the Primrose team in February 2025. I enjoy working with all age groups and was a nanny for a few years. I am so excited to get to know you and your family and I am looking forward to a great school year at Primrose.

Ms. Arlise
Hi, my name is Ms. Arlise and I am the Lead Preschool Teacher. I joined the PSJC team with 11 years of prior Primrose experience, I have worked with almost all ages! I am so excited to meet all my preschool students and their families!
In my free time, I enjoy working out, reading, cooking, doing makeup and spending time with my family! I am a mother of 3; my youngest, Kai’ is currently attending Primrose! I’m so excited to meet your child and to watch them grow with us at Primrose!

Ms. Manita
Hi, My name is Ms. Manita. I joined the Primrose team in January 2025. I am very thrilled to be here and to be able to teach. I currently have my associates degree. I really enjoy working with children and learning more about them individually. I am looking forward to getting to know each of the students in my classroom and supporting each child the best way I can.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, and cooking. We also enjoy watching movies together as well.

Ms. Ashley R.
Hi, my name is Ms. Ashley and I am the Lead Teacher in Private PreK. I started working at Primrose at Johns Creek in 2019. I graduated from Augusta University with a Bachelors Degree in Communications.
I grew up in Puerto Rico and Texas and have lived in Georgia for the past 10 years. In my free time I enjoy going to concerts, art exhibits and cute cafes. I also enjoy spending time with my family, especially my 3-year-old nephew who is starting kindergarten this fall.
What I enjoy most about working at Primrose is watching all of the reach their milestones and seeing their eyes light up with excitement as they explore all things new. I cannot wait to meet your little one to sing and dance along with them as they grow with us at Primrose!

Ms. Susan
Hi, my name is Ms. Susan and I am the Private PreK Assistant Teacher. I started with Primrose at Johns Creek in 2017. I joined the Primrose team as the Young Toddler Assistant Teacher and have spent time working in almost every classroom since my start. I have nearly 20 years of childcare experience ranging from my church’s Sunday School program, summer school, and babysitting.
When I am not at Primrose, I enjoy spending time with my friends. I also love taking time to journal, listen to music, and go on walks. One activity I love to do is origami, and I love using this skill to create with my students!
Ms. Rina
Hi, My name is Rina, I joined the Primrose team in 2025. I am very thrilled to be apart of such a great team. I have a Bachelors and Master Degree in Computer Science. I enjoy watching children discovery new things and seeing their curiosity. I am looking forward to a great year at Primrose and getting to know all the families and students.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and being outdoors with family and friends.

Trish Crowe and Gary Baude
The Primrose School at Johns Creek, serving the Johns Creek, Suwanee, Alpharetta and Duluth area is owned and operated by Mrs. Patricia (Trish) Crowe and her business partner Mr. Gary Baude.
Mrs. Patricia (Trish) Crowe currently holds a BS in Elementary Education, a M.Ed in Educational Leadership, and a Specialist Degree in Reading. She taught Kindergarten through third grade, gifted, as well as EIP over the span of 17 years in the Douglas and Cobb County School Systems. After 17 years of teaching, Mrs. Crowe opened a Sunbrook Academy in Smyrna, Georgia and owned the school for 7 years before selling the school to a large corporation. Her goal is to inspire the school leaders to strive for constant learning through professional development, always be open to change, and view every challenge as an opportunity to grow. After all, we are “forging a path that leads to a brighter future for all children”.
Gary spent his entire career with one company in various management positions and most recently served as the chief executive of a division within a global logistics company. He has been involved in the Primrose family for over 30 years. His two sons, Joseph (32) and Jordan (31) attended and graduated from Primrose School of Peachtree Corners. His sister Mrs. Jo Kirchner has been with Primrose for over 35 years and served as the CEO, and now as Chairwoman of the Board for the Primrose School Franchising Company, with over 450 schools, located in Atlanta, GA. His brother and his wife, Ken & Anita owned and operated the Primrose School of Leawood Kansas and his niece and her husband, Keri & Carl Stoltz own and operate the Primrose School of Midtown in Atlanta. It truly is a family affair! We take great pride in the quality and longevity of our staff, some of whom have been with us for more than 20 years! Our goal is to always make you feel welcome with a friendly smile and warm greeting whenever you come in.
Teamed with our School Director, Ms. Kendra Neal and Assistant Director Mrs. Angie Hayes and their professional staff share the goal of providing children with the most nurturing and loving environment while achieving excellence in the delivery of our curriculum.
