Ms. Erica
Director of Operations
My name is Erica Miller and am the Director of Operations here at the Primrose School of Hillsborough!
I have been in the childcare industry for 10 years! After graduating high school in 2014, I went to college at Raritan Valley Community College where I obtained my Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. I started off my childcare career as an Assistant Teacher while in college to all age groups from 6 weeks old to 12 years old. I then became a Lead Preschool Teacher for the next 7 years. After that, I took on the role of Assistant Director. Taking on this role has made me realize how much I love making an impact on the students, families, and staff members lives. I strive to ensure that all students, big and small, are welcomed with open arms.
In my spare time I enjoy going to my family beach house with my boyfriend, Mikey, spending time with my family, and playing with my dog, Louie. Some of my favorite things include: the colors pink and black, pineapples, pickles, and Halloween. My favorite book is “The Giving Tree” by Shel Silverstein.

Franchise Owners

Rimple Kothari & Anjli Kothari

Welcome to Primrose Schools!

We are Rimple Kothari & Anjli Kothari – not only are we sisters-in-law, but we are the proud owners of the Primrose School of Hillsborough! Between the two of us, we have three children and know first- hand how important it is to find a nurturing and trusting early learning center. For this reason, we are excited to bring Primrose to the Hillsborough area!

Like most parents, we looked high and low for a school that focused on all aspects of character development and learning. We discovered Primrose Schools in 2011 when we looked for schools for our children, and instantly fell in love with all that it had to offer. We were impressed with the level of care, and education provided through the exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum which infuses purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion within the children.

Years later when we got the opportunity to start our own business, we agreed that Primrose Schools was the right franchise for us to give back to the young children in the community. We truly believe that what we do matters. Our philosophy is based on the Primrose simple, yet powerful phrase. “We believe who children become is as important as what they know”. We are excited to provide children with an environment where they can grow socially, emotionally and intellectually.

We are excited to meet you and your family!

Our family would love to meet yours.
