Mrs. Stauffer
Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.
My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Ms. Trent
Hello, I am Mrs. Trent and I am a Regional Director for N&E Learning. I graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus on Early Childhood Education from The Ohio State University. I have over sixteen years of experience working with children of all ages. Before coming to Pinnacle, I was a Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Curriculum Coordinator at another Primrose location. I am so excited to get to lead the Primrose School at Pinnacle with all of its amazing teachers and families!

Mrs. Workman
Hello, my name is Michelle Workman and I am the Director here at The Primrose School of Grandview. I am originally from Westerville, OH and I currently live in Victorian Village with my Husband Jonathan and our three pups! (Pocket our 11 year old Chihuahua, Axle Rose our 9 year old Pitbull and Zero our 1 year old Dachshund) I have a degree in Early Childhood Education from Hudson Valley CC in Troy, NY. I have been in the education field for nearly 23 years and I have been on the admin side of things for about ten years. In my free time I enjoy going to concerts and festivals. We are a music loving family. I am looking forward to becoming a part of the Primrose family. I truly value early childhood education, and I am excited to help grow and nurture all of our staff and children. I am excited to meet everyone! Please stop in and say hello!

Ms. Baker
Hello, my name is Ms. Baker and I am the new Education Coach here at The Primrose School of Grandview. I am originally from Columbus and I bring over 12 years of experience working with children. I have a strong passion for early education. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, which has helped me understand and support the developmental and emotional needs of young learners. I absolutely love spending my weekends with my family, whether we’re relaxing or having fun together. I am excited to jump in and get to know all of the staff, and all of the families here at The Primrose School of Grandview, and helping with all of their educational needs.

Mr. Anthony
Hello, my name is Mr. Anthony and I am a Teacher here at The Primrose School of Grandview. I am so excited to be a Preschool Teacher! Growing up in a large family gave me plenty of experience in childcare, as well as babysitting. I am passionate about helping children develop foundational skills that will set them on a path to excellence. I look forward to creating a fun and nurturing environment where children can learn & grow!

Ms. Morris
I graduated from the Columbus College of Art and Design with a Bachelors of Fine Art. During my time there I worked as an assistant teacher for the Saturday Morning Art Classes and fell in love with working with young children and seeing how much they love having fun while learning! In my free time I love reading, watching movies, and painting. I am always looking for something new to learn and hope that I will be able to spread that love for learning here at Primrose!

Mr. Welch
Hello, I am Mr. Welch and I am a Early Preschool Teacher here at the Primrose School of Grandview. While I am new to the Early Education industry I have grew up babysitting for my family and nothing makes me happier than seeing them learn and succeed! In my free time I enjoy playing my violin, whether just for me or for others. I am looking forward to getting to know all of the children and seeing the grow and develop and learn in the coming months!

Ms. Byers
Hello, my name is Ms. Byers and I am a Teacher here at Primrose School of Grandview. I graduated from Independence High School and have been working in childcare for more than eight years. I love teaching young children. Arts and crafts are my favorite hobby and I love expressing myself through my art and it helps me to relate to children. I have two young children of my own so I’m able to take my passion home daily!

Ms. Adams
Hello, my name is Ms. Adams and I am a Teacher here at The Primrose School of Grandview. I have been working with children for 7 years and I have been in the center setting for 5 years. Childcare is my passion! The best thing about teaching is putting a smile of a child’s face. I am looking forward to making a difference in the classroom. I am also looking forward to making connections with my students and parents. I am working on obtaining my CDA so that I can help other teachers grow. My dream is to one day own my own childcare center. I am so excited to be a part of the Primrose team.

Ms. Healy
Hello, my name is Ms. Healy and I am a Teacher here at The Primrose School of Grandview. I have been working in childcare for two years now. I love bonding with the children, and getting to watch them grow. I graduated from Focus Learning Academy. In my free time I like to spend time with my friends and family. I am so excited to learn and grow as a teacher here at The Primrose School.

Ms. Midcalf
Hello, my name is Ms. Midcalf and I am a Toddler Teacher here at The Primrose School of Grandview. I have my high school diploma, and some college experience. I have been working in childcare for over three years now and I really enjoy watching children grow and learn. In my free time I like to go shopping and spend time with friends. I am so excited to meet all of the families and grow as a teacher here at Primrose!

Ms. Miller
Hello! My name is Ms. Miller, and I am a teacher here at Primrose School of Grandview. I hold my high school diploma and have completed some college coursework. I have always had a passion for working with children, and my experience as a full-time nanny for my niece and nephew helped me truly discover how much I love caring for and teaching little ones. I am dedicated to creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Watching them grow, explore, and develop their unique personalities is the most rewarding part of what I do. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, dancing, and singing. I look forward to sharing these interests with the children and helping them build confidence, creativity, and a love for learning

Ms. Cochran
Hello, my name is Ms. Cochran, and I am a teacher here at The Primrose School of Grandview. I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and I graduated from Fort. Hayes High School. I grew up babysitting and also helping in family day care centers. I have always enjoyed being around children and I love the energy they bring and their love of learning. In my free time I am pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts. I enjoy cooking, traveling and spending time with my friends. I love helping kids grow and prosper into being the best version of themselves. Ms. Vick
Hello, my name is Ms. Vick, and I am an Infant Teacher here at The Primrose School of Grandview. This is my first year working in early childhood education, and I am so excited to begin my journey here at Primrose. I am a proud Columbus native and a high school graduate. In my free time, I love to draw and paint—creativity is a big part of who I am! I’m truly looking forward to making a positive impact on our little learners and being part of their growth, success, and daily discoveries.

Ms. Pore
Hello, my name is Ms. Pore, and I am a teacher here at The Primrose School of Grandview. I have been working with children for four years and hold a high school diploma, along with some college experience. What I love most about teaching is seeing children grow as they learn something new. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies and TV shows—currently, I am watching Grey’s Anatomy. I also love spending time with my family. I am looking forward to a fun and educational year filled with meaningful learning opportunities for our students.

Ms. Drake
Hello! My name is Ms. Drake, and I am a teacher here at Primrose School of Grandview. I graduated from high school in May 2025 and am currently attending Columbus State Community College.
I discovered my passion for working with children while helping raise my nieces and nephews. That experience inspired me to pursue a field where I can make a positive impact on young learners each day.
I am especially excited about building meaningful bonds with my students, just like the strong connections I had with my own teachers growing up. I look forward to creating a nurturing and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to learn and grow.

Ms. Kovach
Hello! My name is Ms. Kovach, and I am the Chef here at The Primrose School of Grandview. I have always had a passion for preparing delicious meals that are also nourishing for the body, and I am proud to serve food that your children can enjoy and feel good about. I have many years of experience in the food industry, ranging from working in small “mom and pop” restaurants to running my own kitchen. I am so happy to be part of the wonderful team at The Primrose School of Grandview, and I look forward to getting to know all of our students and serving them with care each day.
