As a Preschool Assistant Teacher at Primrose School of Gilbert at Santan, you’ll create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children’s confidence and independence. You’ll help guide these little ones through small group instruction as they grow their ability to absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information.

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a preschool setting</li>
<li>Strong classroom management skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff</li>
