Our Preschool Pathways Classroom
Our Preschool Pathways program provides a “bridge” between our Early Preschool and Preschool classrooms for children whose birthdays will ultimately miss the cutoff date for kindergarten entrance. By identifying those children early, we can help them stay with a consistent group of peers through preschool, pre-K and kindergarten.

Our Preschool Pathways Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Kalah
I’m Kalah Reese, and I’m so excited to be part of your child’s learning journey. Though I’m new to the daycare field, I have a deep passion for nurturing young minds. The moment I stepped into the two-year-old class, I was captivated by their energy and curiosity, and it quickly became clear to me that this is where I belong.
I am currently enrolled in professional childcare development training to further enhance my skills and knowledge, ensuring that I can provide the best care possible. I’m eager to grow alongside your child, embracing their unique perspectives and personalities. My ability to connect with children on their level helps me form meaningful bonds with each one, creating a supportive environment where they can thrive.
I look forward to partnering with you in your child’s development and sharing all the wonderful moments ahead!
Eri Jones
Hi, my name is Eri Jones. I’m originally from Fayetteville, NC, and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration while living in Greensboro. After college, I moved to the Charlotte area to pursue my passion in esthetics and recently graduated with my license in February.
Becoming a teacher was an unexpected but welcome journey for me. When the opportunity presented itself, I took a leap—and quickly discovered how much I enjoy working with children. I love observing the different stages of development across age groups and building meaningful connections with the kids here at Primrose. Their laughter and energy brighten my day and fuel my passion for this work.
I am CPR and First Aid certified, actively completing my South Carolina Endeavors training, and participating in ongoing professional development through the Primrose Schools training program. I’m excited to be part of the Primrose family and look forward to continuing to meet new faces and grow in this role!
Tracey Addonisio
Hi, my name is Tracey Addonisio—though everyone calls me Tete. I hail from the Jersey Shore and am proud to be a mother of six wonderful children. After dedicating 31 years to the car business, I stepped into the world of preschool when it became time for my youngest to attend, and I instantly fell in love with working in early childhood care.
There’s something truly magical about the sweet way children love to be held, hugged, and nurtured. My days now are filled with fun, crafts, and the joy of watching little ones grow—free from stress and full of heartfelt connection. Teaching has become such a fulfilling outlet for me, and I cherish every moment spent guiding and encouraging the children in my care.
I’m CPR and First Aid trained, currently completing my South Carolina Endeavors training, and actively engaged in ongoing professional development through the Primrose Schools training program. I’m overjoyed to be part of the Primrose family and can’t wait to meet everyone!
