Hi, my name is Victoria Chadis, and I joined the Primrose family back in 2020. I am from Lubbock, Texas, and yes—I moved to Austin the day before the lockdown! However, I do not regret it one bit. Working for Primrose has truly given me a family away from home, and I could not be more thankful to be part of this company.

I come from a very close and loving family of six, plus my niece, whom I adore! I’m engaged to my fiancé, Alex, and together we have two beautiful boys, Austin and Liam, who are both under two and keep us very busy! I also have two furry friends that mean the world to me and practically run my household. A fun fact about me is that I collect Crocs—I have almost every color!

Working in childcare has always been my biggest accomplishment. It truly warms my heart to see children reach even the tiniest of milestones, from taking two steps to learning how to give their first high five. I aspire to be the change for young, inquiring minds and help advocate for higher education for our future generations.

Hi, my name is Camila! I’m originally from Colombia, but I’ve also lived in California before making my way to Texas. I’ve been part of the Primrose family for 4 years. I started as a Preschool teacher and, for the past couple of years, have been serving as a Curriculum Coordinator. Supporting our teachers and watching children grow through the Balanced Learning® curriculum is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

Outside of Primrose, I have two fur babies who keep me busy and make life extra fun. I also love exploring new places and trying new foods—eating and adventuring are two of my favorite things!

I’m so excited to continue growing with Primrose and to support our families and teachers every step of the way.

I am from Caracas, Venezuela. I’m a pastry chef, and I can say that pastry making is my passion. I’ve been living in the U.S. for 9 years. I spent the first 6 years in Miami, and it’s been 3 years since I moved to this beautiful state, where I discovered that people are very kind! I have two children, a 4-year-old girl and a 9-year-old boy, and they are my inspiration.

Hi! I am Ms. Anyssa. I joined the Primrose team in March 2022. I started as the Toddler teacher at our Muller location, then went to our Lakeway location as a Young Toddler teacher, and then transitioned into the leadership position in December 2022. I grew up in McAllen, Texas for most of my life and moved to Austin in 2014! In my free time, I enjoy going to my husband’s baseball games and spending time with my daughter!

Hi! I am Ms. Liz!
I joined our Primrose team in January 2021 as an Early Preschool teacher. In November 2021, I moved to our Lakeway location as a Curriculum Coordinator and then stepped into the Director role in January 2024. Most recently, in January 2025, I became the Area Director of Academics, where I hop around and support curriculum at all four of our schools.

I grew up in Houston, Texas and moved to Austin in 2004 to pursue my degree in Early Childhood Education at St. Edward’s University. I have always loved working with children because they bring such positive energy and a love for experiencing new things. My favorite part of being in any of our classrooms is seeing students reach milestones and watching them feel so proud of themselves.

On weekends, you can usually find me reading books with my cats or enjoying anything outdoors with friends.
