TJ Jiwan, Alia Rasheed and Leigh Gregory
We are proud to bring high-quality preschool and child care to young children and families in the Chattanooga, Tennessee community. As parents and franchise owners, we deeply value the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach, which nurtures the whole child through purposeful play and guidance from teachers, helping each child reach their full potential. Together, we bring decades of business and education experience offering a wealth of knowledge to ensure the Primrose standard of high-quality early learning and care is experienced from the time our doors open until they close every day.
Alia holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University in Washington, D.C., and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde in the U.K. She began her career as an analyst at American Century Investments and has spent the past nine years in real estate development and financial services operations. TJ earned a bachelor’s degree in business and completed graduate coursework at Northwestern University. He began his financial services career at 22, became a senior partner within seven years, and later founded his own firm. Passionate about helping others grow, TJ is excited to welcome families to Primrose School of East Brainerd. Leigh is a certified educator with over 20 years of experience. She holds a bachelor’s in human resource management and a master’s in education with a leadership focus, having served as both a teacher and director in early learning schools.
TJ and Alia are parents to three wonderful children, and Leigh and her husband are the parents of four happy and grown children. We are excited to meet you and your family!
