Sarah Bohler
My name is Sarah and I have been working in Early Childhood Education for over 5 years! I began my career as a lead teacher and am ecstatic to be here at Primrose as Assistant Director. I have my associate’s degree in ECE and am currently at NIU pursuing my Bachelor’s. I have always loved working with children and appreciate the little moments the most, such as an energetic hug every morning or their smiles when they finally understand a new concept. I believe every child deserves love, support, and guidance as they explore the world around them.
When I’m not working or doing schoolwork, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our three pets at home. I also really love reading, spending time in nature, and traveling. I am also an avid coffee drinker and am always looking to try new foods/drinks!
I’m ecstatic to be a part of Primrose School of East Aurora and look forward to connecting with you!

Franchise Owners
Hayley and Theo Williams
We are the proud owners, Hayley and Theo Williams, of Primrose School of East Aurora!
We are also the proud parents of four children, and as working professionals, we are no strangers to the child care space. When our careers took us on a tour of the Midwest, we found it challenging to find quality, reliable and readily available child care options. That challenge continued when we settled in the Chicago suburbs – Theo’s childhood home. Driven by this experience and our entrepreneurial mindsets, we began to think about how we could provide local families with the same high-quality educational child care we were seeking for own children. We felt an instant connection to the Primrose brand, and the more we learned about the Primrose values and beliefs, the more we wanted to offer the Primrose experience to local families.
Before becoming a franchise owner, Hayley worked as a communications consultant in higher education. Hayley will serve as the onsite owner and will be supported by Theo, who is an executive leader in distribution. Before joining the civilian sector, Theo spent 10 years as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps.
When seeking child care for our own children, it was imperative that they would be cared for with love, empathy and compassion. Beyond that, we had a strong desire for our children to be challenged intellectually, emotionally and socially. The Primrose-exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion.
Our two youngest children will be the first to enroll at Primrose School of East Aurora, and we feel privileged to partner with families in the community to provide exceptional care and foster a lifelong love of learning and growing in young children.
