Franchise Owners

Paula and Charlie Morgan, Kelly Simonton

Charlie and Paula Morgan have been active Primrose School owners in the Humble/Atascocita community for the past 16 years holding strong to their belief in the Primrose philosophy that who children become is as important as what they know. Their goal is to help children build the foundation that is needed to succeed as they grow. Having come from a corporate workplace, both know the value of this philosophy. “It’s important for children to learn academics, but at the same time our classrooms provide experiences that are intentionally designed to nurture children’s social-emotional development in fun, age-appropriate ways,” says Paula Morgan.

The Morgans see the school as a gathering place for parents and children during the annual events such as Spring Fling, Pancakes with Santa, Celebrating Cultures parades and the many other open house activities. They embrace the Primrose Promise of giving back to the community through support of local schools, donations to non-profit organizations, and volunteerism.

If you are seeking quality early childhood education and care, come by the school to meet the Morgans, the experienced Leadership Team and Staff Members!

Our family would love to meet yours.

*Study was conducted on a representative sample of Primrose Pre-Kindergarten students across twelve Primrose schools in nine states in the Spring of 2024. The Bracken School Readiness Assessment 4th Edition assesses children’s school readiness in terms of their understanding of concepts that are strongly related to early childhood cognitive and language development as well as early academic achievement.
