Hi, my name is Bela Desai, and I am thrilled to lead such amazing schools as the Franchise Owner-Operating Partner for the Rigley Primrose Schools. I am grateful for the opportunity to lead such a strong and nurturing team! I am committed to continue to represent Primrose in Dr. Rigley’s distinguished brand.

I am originally from Kansas City. I moved to the Lone Star state for my college education in Nursing. While in college, my journey in teaching began with Primrose Schools in 2009. Primrose helped me realize my true passion, Early Childhood Education! I was motivated to pursue my degree in the field of education. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Health Studies in Child Development and my Master’s in Education in Educational Leadership. I am certified in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. I have also received my Texas Training Registry to conduct faculty trainings in the state of Texas.

In 2018 I made a career change. I joined a childcare corporate company for a year and half. I served as a Consultant and Mentor for over 50 Franchisee’s and Directors guiding best practices to provide high-quality early childhood education. It was during this time I came to the realization that my heart was with Primrose.

I joined the Rigley Primrose team as the Director of Education in 2020 with over 12 years of Primrose experience in order to learn Dr. Rigley’s Primrose philosophies and policies.

I am proud to share Dr. Rigley’s passion to provide the best in Early Education within a nurturing and positive learning environment and committed to guiding the best practices of Primrose in order to provide high-quality early childhood education for all those I guide and inspire.

Hi, my name is Alyssa and I am excited to join the Primrose School of Dallas at Kessler Park family. I am originally from Oklahoma City. I attended the University of Central Oklahoma to pursue my love of dance education. My husband and I moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area in 2019 and started growing our beautiful family. We have 2 young daughters, Luna and Layana!

I have been part of the Rigley Primrose Schools since 2021. I was the Young Toddler teacher at our sister school, Primrose School at Klyde Warren Park. I loved spending my days with my little friends and being able to further explore my passion for teaching.

I am so excited for this new journey as the Executive Director of Primrose School of Dallas at Kessler Park. I am committed to creating a positive learning environment for our children and our teachers.

I look forward to meeting and learning about all of our future families!

Hi! My name is Kresslee Linder. I am from Philadelphia, PA and moved to Texas in the beginning of 2016.  I have over 15 years of Early Childhood Education experience with 10 of those years being with Primrose. Started my journey with Primrose as an Early Preschool teacher to Preschool teacher to Support teacher. Recently I got an amazing opportunity to become the Education Director and I am so excited!

I bring a deep commitment to innovative learning, student success and educator support. I thrive getting to see the children’s growth from the beginning of the year until the end and the bonds I make with the families.

Supporting teachers and helping teachers grow to be better leaders is crucial part of early childhood! I want to make a difference in our young learners!

In my free time, I enjoy making tie dye shirts.  I also enjoy reading, listening to music, & shopping.

Hi my name is Luna Galaviz I was born and raised here in Dallas, TX. I am the fourth child out of five siblings and an aunt to eight nieces and nephews. I have been a part of Rigley Primrose Schools for over 2 years. I come with over 7 years of childcare experience! I absolutely love how Primrose focuses on internal growth and development within the team.

I’ve traveled to Oklahoma, Arkansas, California, and Hawaii (my favorite place.) I look forward to traveling more.

I love guiding and watching children grow and accomplish their milestones! I am thrilled to be the Assistant  Director for our amazing school! I am confident that my background in customer service, my adaptability to different environments, and my passion for child development will help me succeed in mentoring and coaching her co-peers.

I always enjoyed being around children, especially growing up with younger cousins. I now have a young daughter who who once attending Primrose. I also have two nieces and one nephew. I am surrounded by children at work and at home and I love it so much! I love seeing my daughter grow up and playing with her cousins

Having experienced firsthand the powerful impact educators can have, I believe education goes far beyond academics, and I’m grateful to now help create that same meaningful experience for others.
