Teachers & Staff

Christina
Hello! My name is Christina, and I’m the Director of Primrose School of Cool Springs. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and have been working in the early childhood field for over 10 years. I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment for both children and teachers, and I believe strong partnerships with families are essential to a child’s success.
In my role, I lead enrollment, conduct family tours, support our incredible teaching staff, and work closely with parents to ensure open communication and a positive school experience for everyone. Building strong relationships is at the heart of what I do, and I feel truly grateful to be part of a school community where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Outside of school, I’m a proud wife and mom to three wonderful kids who bring so much joy to our lives. My husband and I are originally from Egypt and moved to the U.S. in 2015. We love to travel, visit family each year , and spend time at the beach whenever we can. I’m fluent in English, Arabic, and French, and I love connecting with people from all backgrounds.

Sarah
Hey there! I’m Sarah, and I’m the Assistant Director at Primrose School of Cool Springs. I’ve been working in early childhood since 2016, and after moving to Nashville in 2017, I found my home here. I started out teaching two-year-old’s (which taught me so much patience and joy!), moved into the Administrative Assistant role, and now I get to help lead this amazing school as Assistant Director.
I love being part of a place that feels like family – supporting teachers, helping kids grow, and working with parents to make each day the best it can be.
When I’m not at school, I’m with my own little crew – my fiancé and our two beautiful babies. We love being outdoors, visiting local markets, and soaking up all the family time we can. When I get a quiet moment to myself (rare, but magical!), I’m probably curled up with a book from my ever-growing reading list.

Kassandra
Hello! My name is Kassandra and I am the Education Director at Primrose. I am originally from the small town of Selma, Indiana. I’ve been working in early childhood education since 2018, starting out as a special education preschool teacher. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow into new roles – first as Administrative Assistant and now as Director of Education. I’m passionate about supporting our teachers and helping them inspire the next generation of learners.
On the weekends, you’ll usually find me out exploring with my husband, Cory, our son, Barrett, and our two goldendoodles, Ginnie and Tonic. We love spending time at local farmers markets, grabbing a treat or two and just soaking up the simple joys of the weekend. When we’re not out exploring, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book or playing monster trucks on the living room floor with my son.

Elle
Hello! My name is Lorraine W., but your children know me as Ms. Elle! Gosh, where do I start? I have a long history with Primrose and being an advocate for early childhood education. It all began in Plano, Texas, in 1994. We were the “frontier” Primrose, the first one in Texas! I was a young mother and teacher there, and both of my children graduated through the program, including Kindergarten. They moved on to their elementary schools, but I fell in love where I was; with the program, what we offered, “The Primrose Difference”, with all of my families and their children, and I decided to stay! Fast forward 10 years and our family was relocating to Franklin, Tennessee. The first thing I did was investigate the possibility of a transfer from my school to one there… if that was even an option. It was and I was over the moon!! It made leaving my home a much easier transition! I quickly settled in and began forming new bonds and relationships! After 10 years at Primrose of Cool Springs, I took a little sabbatical when I became an “empty nester”. A few years after, I became a Grandmother and had the unique opportunity to teach my Grandson at his school! When he graduated and moved on to Kindergarten in Smithville (they did not offer a Kindergarten program at his little school in Nolensville), it was time for me to come back to what I knew and loved best, Primrose! While I have had the experience of teaching at other schools, Primrose sets the bar for me, as a parent and teacher!! So glad to be back at “home” and working with your little ones each day! My Forte in the classroom is language and communication (I was an English major, so it’s my passion!), personal responsibility, and doing the right thing because… well, it’s the right thing to do! I adore children and understand where they are and what they can do! I set high expectations not only for them, but for myself as well. I want the very best for their days, to be meaningful and fun, because learning should be magical!! When I am not in the classroom, I love traveling to new places, because I think learning is always important, no matter what age or stage you are in! I love to read about everything! I love going to Titans games! Above all, I love the grace that God has given to me and my family. My children are my everything. I have so much to be thankful for and I never forsake each and every single day. I cannot wait to get to know all of you and your children!!
