Area Manager

With over 12 years of experience at Primrose Schools, and more years than I like to admit in Early Childhood Education, I have had the privilege of serving in multiple roles, including teacher, director, and now area manager. In my current position, I oversee the operations of our sister schools—Primrose School of Collegeville and Primrose School of Royersford—ensuring that each school delivers the highest standards of early education and care.

When I’m not at one of our schools supporting staff and families, I’m busy chauffeuring my own two Primrose graduates to a variety of sports. As a dedicated wife and mom, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active in our community. My passion for early education and family engagement drives everything I do, and I’m honored to help children build a strong foundation for future success. I cannot wait to meet you!

Lisa Reber
Director

Hello, my name is Lisa Reber, and I am honored to serve as the Director at Primrose School of Collegeville!  Born and raised in Easton PA, I am a proud wife and mother of one handsome little man.

With over 17 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, my passion for working with children stems from a deep belief in their potential and a desire to nurture their growth. Whether it’s helping a child discover a new skill, guiding them through challenges, or simply sharing a moment of laughter, I find immense joy and purpose in being part of their development. Every child deserves to feel seen, heard, supported and I’m committed to creating environments where that happens,

Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of teaching every age group from infants to kindergarteners and have been mentored by incredible educators and leaders. My journey led me from classroom teaching to administrative roles, where I grew into the position of School Director.

I am thrilled to bring my passion, experience, and leadership back to Primrose School of Collegeville. I look forward to building meaningful relationships with our staff and families, fostering a nurturing learning environment, and watching your children grow and thrive.

I can’t wait to meet you soon!

Welcome to Primrose School of Collegeville! We’re proud to bring high-quality early education and care to families in the Collegeville community.

As longtime friends and experienced Primrose school owners, we’ve spent over a decade operating successful schools in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Our journey began as working parents seeking exceptional childcare—an experience that inspired us to create something better. That search led us to Primrose Schools, whose values aligned with our own.

Ashley, a former attorney, was looking for a meaningful change after becoming a new mom. Amina shared the same passion for creating a nurturing, high-quality environment for children. Together, we’ve built schools rooted in compassion, curiosity and service excellence.

At Primrose, we believe who children become is as important as what they know. Our exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion. We deliver more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing experience for children and their families.

We’re excited to meet you and your family!
