Welcome to Primrose School of Cary!
My name is Neeti Sobti, and I’m honored to be the proud owner of Primrose School of Cary. With over 31 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I bring a deep passion and lifelong commitment to the growth and development of young children. I hold both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Child Development, with a specialization in Early Childhood Education. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in various leadership roles—including Teacher, Program Coordinator, Director for more than 14 years, and Regional/District Manager for 5 years—working with esteemed organizations such as Kiddie Academy, Kids ‘R’ Kids, Rainbow Child Care Centers, KinderCare, and The Learning Care Group.
My connection to Primrose is both professional and personal. Over two decades ago, my daughter graduated from a Primrose school. The exceptional quality of care and education she received left a lasting impression on me—not just as a parent, but as an educator. Even as I toured and led other child care centers, Primrose remained the gold standard in my eyes. The meaningful relationships built between families, teachers, and leadership at Primrose schools are something I have always admired and strived to foster within my own teams.
Primrose’s mission, values, and focus on high-quality education, safety, and character development align deeply with my personal philosophy. I’m truly proud to bring this vision to life in our Cary community.
