Ivone Woltz
Hello, my name is Ivone Woltz. I am the Director of Primrose School of Carol Stream. My husband and I have an amazing teenage daughter who currently attends Glenbard North Highschool. We have raised our daughter in the Carol Stream community and see how amazing the schools are within the area. We have lived in Carol Stream for 12 years and we absolutely love the area. Our family loves animals, and we have had the privilege in rescuing some furry friends that have become part of our family. I have 2 cats: one named Charlie (a boy), the other named Olive (a girl). My dog’s name Bridgette. I love spending quality time with my family, traveling, relaxing, eating, watching movies, etc.
I have been in the Early Childhood Education field for over 20 years. Once I took a child development course in high school, I knew teaching would be my passion. My major has been in Early Childhood Education and Development, and I have had great opportunities throughout the years to work in every classroom from infancy to elementary. I have had opportunities to grow and develop in this field from being a teacher, Assistant Director, to Director. I have Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education in Administration.
I love making an impact in children’s lives knowing that the earlier you begin to give the proper nurturing and development in their learning, the more kids grow innumerable measures and adapt in their development. I love seeing children develop into their own individual beings having a vibrant character and personality. I love building long lasting relationships with children and their families, knowing that we become a huge part of their family as well. I am so happy to have this opportunity to become a part of the Primrose family and share the Primrose experience with children and their families.

With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through a variety of roles and that is starting as an assistant teacher and working my way into administration. Being a parent has given me a whole new perspective on child development, patience, and the joys of these early years. It’s a role that constantly teaches me and strengthens my commitment to helping every child feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.
What I love most about this field is the opportunity to build genuine relationships with children and with the families who place their trust in us. I’m dedicated to fostering a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where both children and families feel valued.

Franchise Owner
Kranthi and Zarna Chiluka
Welcome, my name is Kranthi Chiluka and my wife, Zarna Chiluka, are proud owners of Primrose School of Carol Stream. We are honored to have the opportunity to serve the families of this community and bring the Primrose Experience of premier early education and care.
My journey in the world of education began when I saw my mother teach kids from our house. The immense joy and fulfillment that came to her from providing an environment for children to grow and learn, made me realize that at some point in my life that I too wanted to be an educator. However, I also had a keen interest in learning Math, Sciences and Engineering. This led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and an MBA in Economics.
I have worked for an IT Services and Consulting company, Accenture, for 26 years as a Managing Director. Having two children of my own and watching them grow as learners, my lifelong love of learning was reignited. Therefore, leading me to early education. I decided to change my career and join the Primrose family.
I also come from a family of educators. My wife, Zarna Chiluka, is happy to accompany me on this Primrose venture. She has been teaching for 20+ years in the Schaumburg School District as a Language Arts Teacher. Additionally, my mom is a retired Chicago Public Schools (CPS) teacher.
Creating a nurturing learning environment is at the heart of our school. Community engagement and building strong relationships are priorities for my wife and me, and I will continue to emphasize them as I lead and manage the school.
My role at Primrose School of Carol Stream is to ensure that we are providing excellent care services for children, the right foundation, and spark light bulb moments so children can grow their active minds, healthy bodies and happy hearts while providing peace of mind for our parents.
We deliver more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.
We are excited to welcome you to the Primrose Family.
