Ms.Marlen
Hello! My name is Marlen Dominguez. I am the Enrollment Coordinator for the Primrose School of Austin at Mueller and the Primrose School of West Lake Hills location. I first started my career with Primrose in the fall of 2018 and have since loved every moment of it.
I have such an admiration for our team and the motto that we instill: “Impacting lives: Big and small,” and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me in the years to come!
I have grown up in the Austin, TX area my entire life and absolutely love it here. I am the mother of two wildly adorable children and could not imagine life without them. We enjoy being adventurous, camping outdoors, and going swimming whenever we get the chance!
A couple of fun facts about me: I could re-watch the “Harry Potter” series all day, every day! I live on cheese!
Ms. Rhi
Hi, my name is Rhiannon! But you can call me Rhi! I’m originally from San Antonio, but I moved to Austin three years ago. That’s when I started working at the Primrose Mueller location, where I was a preschool teacher for two years and then a teacher trainer for a year. Now I’m the curriculum coordinator at the Bee Cave location! What I really love about Primrose is how much you can grow here and the way it truly feels like a family! When I’m not at work, I enjoy taking walks with my dog sage, spending time at the gym, and finding new adventures to try. What means the most to me, though, is getting to know our Primrose families and being a part of making a positive difference in your children’s lives every day.

We’re excited to introduce a dedicated and long-standing member of our Primrose family, Ms. Selena Garza, who now serves as our Executive Director of Academics!
Ms. Selena began her journey with Primrose in December 2011, starting as a teacher at the Bee Cave location before it became part of our current organization. When our CEO, Ms. Christy, purchased the school, Selena remained a valued team member and continued to grow within the Primrose family.
She later became the Curriculum Coordinator at our West Lake Hills campus before returning to Bee Cave, where she took on the role of Director. Her passion for early childhood education and instructional excellence led her to her current position as Executive Director of Academics, where she now supports all campuses in maintaining the highest standards of curriculum, teacher development, and classroom quality.
A Little About Ms. Selena:
A proud Austin native, Selena was born and raised in the city, spending her high school years in Del Valle as the only daughter among four siblings. She’s a proud mom to an amazing 12-year-old daughter, and together they share a love for softball, which is a big part of their family life.
If you see Ms. Selena on campus, be sure to say hello! Her leadership, experience, and commitment to quality education shine through in everything she does.

Hello and thank you for inquiring about our school! We would love to get the opportunity to show you all the wonderful things that Primrose can offer your child and family! We know that firsthand, as we have now raised three children through the Primrose culture. Our oldest son, Jaden, began at 20 months of age and our other four children, Tylar, Beau and Cotton, all began at 6 weeks old. Let us tell you our story:
Jared and Christy met while attending Texas A&M University and were married in 2003. In 2007, they moved to the Fort Worth area where Jared got a job as a project manager for a general contracting firm, building public schools and Christy was hired as the Assistant Director at a Primrose School in Southlake. After a short time, Christy was promoted to the Director position at the school, which she maintained for the next 6 years. In the spring of 2014, they got the opportunity to purchase their own Primrose School and it became official in October of 2014 after a move to the Austin area. We have been here ever since and continue to love it more each and every day!
Inside, you will find our culture to be a positive, engaging, and joyful one. It is an atmosphere of fun, educational, safe, and best of all, purposeful play. We pride ourselves in making sure that each child, family, staff member, and leadership team member has the same experience day in and day out. We are available any time to discuss anything going on in your lives or simply get to know you better. You will find us here almost every day and at all of our major events. Our Primrose family is an extension of our own family. We jokingly tell people around town that instead of having a fifth child, we had 175 of them.
