Our School’s Owners used to work for other companies. Melisa practiced medicine at two healthcare systems and Vincent was a CPA at several large corporations. They dreamed of creating a company where employees were truly supported, cared for, and appreciated. At the Primrose School of Apple Valley, they helped build a positive, friendly work environment where the management team and ownership provide unparalleled support to each Teacher. I have been working for Primrose School of Apple Valley since 2017. I enjoy coming to my school everyday, especially to see all the children and families. We make a great team of teachers here at Primrose Apple Valley. I am also a great fan of the 'Balanced Approach Curriculum' that fosters all domains of growth in children. I thoroughly adore the aspect of nurturing the young ones, teaching cool concepts, and watching them grow. Children keep me humble, happy, and young!

Primrose has been my favorite place to work, ever! The community is like no other. It feels like family working together and everyone is in good spirits. The classrooms are uplifting and the curriculum is based on the needs of the classrooms. All the teachers are engaged and have loving and meaningful connections with their students. Management is always helpful and they give support when needed! The children, coworkers, and management make the Primrose School of Apple Valley the place to be!

I started working at Primrose School of Apple Valley in 2020. This is by far the best child care center that I’ve worked at. I look forward to coming to work everyday because I’m able to see first hand the children’s progress in their learning, and their physical and social/emotional growth. The curriculum makes learning relevant to students' lives while still pushing them to think critically and deeply. The staff are approachable and enthusiastic because that is what management models. The environment at Primrose School of Apple Valley is amazing and we are a great team!
