Teachers & Staff

Ms. Jenn Arthur
Hello! My name is Jenn Arthur, and I am thrilled to serve as the Director of Primrose School of Acworth at Bentwater. I have been in the Early Childhood Education field for more than 20 years. I grew up in the Florida Panhandle, where I taught in Early Childhood settings for 13 years before relocating to Georgia. I’m also a proud mom of four amazing children, ages 18 to 10. My oldest son, Chance, plays football and studies at Princeton University! In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, traveling, and crafting.
I began my career in Early Childhood Education in 2005 as a three-year-old teacher. It didn’t take long for me to realize that working with young children was more than just a profession… it was my passion. Watching children learn, grow, and develop into confident, curious individuals brings me so much joy. After moving to Jacksonville in 2010, I broadened my experience by teaching Infants, Toddlers, and Pre-Kindergarten. Soon after, I transitioned into leadership roles, which deepened my commitment to supporting children, families, and teachers.
I am incredibly passionate about nurturing young minds and am honored to be part of such meaningful work… helping shape the future, one child at a time.

Ms. Ashley Webb

Mr. Alexandar McKinney
Here in the Bentwater community, I serve as the Assistant Director of Education at Primrose Schools. In our school, I collaborate with the leadership team to align curriculum with the Balanced Learning approach. In this role, I support teachers with lesson planning, resource development, and classroom strategies that foster both academic and social growth. I get to coordinate training sessions and provide feedback to help and ensure the quality we want for the children and your family.
You’ll always find me tinkering with technology in our school due to my interest in the IT field; yet my passion for Early Years Education stems from my Bachelor’s degree in Clerical Education, 10 years of classroom experience, and studies in TESOL. Recent international endeavors have taught me that faith is the assured expectation of what is hoped for. I have faith that if we continue to work as a community, your little one will be the one to benefit.
